On September 9th Euromicron changed its name, to Amphenol. One of the biggest companies in our market announced the change in a short communication:

This renaming is a result of the acquisition of the former EUROMICRON Werkzeuge GmbH by Amphenol Corporation, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of electronic and fiber optic connectors, cables, and interconnects based in Wallingford, Connecticut, USA.
All general terms and conditions as well as terms and conditions of sale and delivery remain unchanged. This applies to the bank details and the VAT- ID. Furthermore, the address known to you remains unaffected by the name change. We kindly ask you to use the new company name moving forward in our business correspondence and to adapt it in your system.
