This year’s edition of ADEX 2025 will go down in history as one of the most successful events in the defense and technology sector, and for Fibicon Poland it was a time of intensive and highly productive networking. The company’s representatives returned from South Korea with a portfolio full of new contacts and promising projects.
For the first time, the trade fair was held in a new format – the air shows took place at Seongnam Air Base, while the business and exhibition segments were moved to the KINTEX convention center in Ilsan.
-
Exhibitors: More than 600 companies from 35 countries participated.
-
Business: The value of business consultations exceeded USD 30 billion.
-
Delegations: A total of 114 delegations (including representatives of Fibicon Poland) from 55 countries attended the event, including defense ministers from nations that are key customers of the Korean defense industry.
The main focus of Fibicon Poland’s presence was panel discussions with existing partners, including FOSTEC and ROTEC, as well as other leaders in the fiber-optic infrastructure and electrical components segments. The exchange of experience with our suppliers demonstrated that Korean solutions not only keep pace with global trends, but in many areas – such as mission-critical connectors – they set new standards.
Key takeaways from the visit to Seoul:
-
Global partnerships: Fibicon confirmed its position as a trusted partner for companies building critical infrastructure.
-
Advanced standards: Discussions covered, among other topics, the scaling of fiber-optic systems in demanding operating conditions, which is crucial for modern industry and defense.
-
Proven quality: The experience and market knowledge of Fibicon Poland attracted strong interest as a foundation for reliable connectivity in international projects.
The success in Seoul is also excellent news for our local projects – the knowledge and relationships brought back from South Korea directly translate into the quality of the technologies we implement together with Fibicon Poland in our domestic market.
We will certainly return to ADEX in 2027!
