FFOCA – Harsh Environment Fiber Optic Connector

FFOCA, a harsh environment fiber optic connector, complies with the MIL-DTL-83526 military specification.
It is a physical contact type connector designed for military ground tactical applications, such as:

• Army,

• Navy,

• and military tactical communication systems.

Additionally, it is suitable for use in harsh outdoor environments such as:

• Railway,

• Mining,

• Event industry,

• Broadcast,

• and Oil & Gas plant industries.

This connector features a hermaphroditic design, allowing two connectors to be mated directly without an adapter.

It offers excellent optical performance for both single-mode and multi-mode fibers.
Up to 4-channel optical connections are supported.
